I am an artist specializing in fine art, graphic design and branding. My creativity is inspired by the wisdom of great artists and teachers who have come before me.
From the I Ching to Nikola Tesla, the principles of the universe are passed on for us to use. It is from these universal principles that my work is created: polarity, resistance, vibration and change are all intrinsic to material expression and every person can use these principles in their work.
Like many others, my mission and purpose is to cultivate and pass on this sacred wisdom.
This, for me, is art.

EVERYTHING CAN BE ART
Olivia Hinds lives and creates her art in Cincinnati.
Her work illustrates the magical laws of life - a gateway and guide to true freedom. Olivia is a painter, writer, designer, consultant, thinker, and student. Born near the Ohio River and raised in rural Kentucky, it is from the heart of freedom that she draws inspiration. Her work explores the endless entanglements of time and space, spirit and body, of animal, flora, and impulse. She employs colors and textures to express the many hidden and unconscious bonds in our relationship to the physical world. This artistic intent expresses itself in everything Olivia creates, making her work a personal and cultural narrative. Olivia believes that the artistry of life is essential to a good life and she endeavors to make her contributions both to her community and to the wider world.

FARM GIRL WITH A LEGACY
My mother, Jennifer Gleason, is a farmer, teacher, and artist. She raised me and my brother on our 150 acre organic farm in Mt. Olivet, Kentucky. She is the founder/owner/operator of Sunflower Sundries Farm and has been in business for 26 years. She has dedicated her life to preserving and conserving the wisdom of the past for a future that is hungry for what has been lost. I am proud of where I come from and for the deep life principles my mother has instilled in me through her dedication to loving and supporting our Mother Earth.
